  • How does five-gallon water delivery work?

    You choose a delivery plan and a schedule. On your route day, a driver brings sealed five-gallon purified-water bottles to your door. You leave your empty bottles outside and the driver exchanges them on the next scheduled visit.

  • Do you collect empty bottles?

    Yes. Empty five-gallon bottles are collected and exchanged for full ones during your next scheduled delivery. Set them out in the agreed spot before your visit so the driver can complete the exchange in one stop.

  • Is there a bottle deposit?

    A refundable bottle deposit of $15 to $20 per bottle may apply, subject to final supplier pricing. The deposit is confirmed before your first delivery and is refunded when the bottles are returned at the end of service.

  • How often will my water be delivered?

    Delivery is monthly or every two weeks, depending on the plan you choose. Your route day is confirmed once we verify your address, and you can change your frequency as your household or office use changes.

  • Do you deliver to homes and offices?

    Yes. Residential plans cover households of different sizes, and the office plan covers workplaces such as offices, clinics, salons, gyms, and childcare centers. Office volume is adjusted after your first month of service.

  • What type of water do you deliver?

    We deliver sealed five-gallon bottles of purified drinking water. Fresh Water Delivered is a delivery service and does not bottle its own water.

  • Do I need to own a water cooler?

    No. Five-gallon bottles can be used with a dispenser, a manual hand pump, or a countertop crock. If you would rather not buy equipment, ask about cooler rental when you request service.

  • Do you rent water dispensers?

    Cooler rental is offered as an add-on when a dispenser is available for your address. Available models, rental terms, and the final monthly price are confirmed before your first delivery.

  • What happens if I need more water?

    You can add extra bottles to a scheduled delivery or move up to a larger plan. Additional bottles are estimated at $12 to $15 each, subject to final supplier pricing.

  • How do I pause or cancel delivery?

    Call or email us before your next scheduled delivery and we will pause or end service. Return any bottles you have on hand so your refundable deposit can be released.

  • Which cities do you serve?

    In Michigan our proposed service areas include Detroit, Dearborn, Livonia, Romulus, Taylor, Canton, Southfield, Novi, Royal Oak, and Troy. In Arizona they include Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction. Coverage depends on your ZIP code, so confirm your address with us before your first delivery.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    Recurring plans start at two five-gallon bottles per month. For one-time delivery, a minimum order applies and is confirmed when we verify your address.
