Do I have to be home for my delivery?
No. Most residential deliveries are left in an agreed spot near your entrance. Leave your empty bottles in the same place so the driver can exchange them.
Can I use the bottles without a cooler?
Yes. A hand pump or a countertop crock works with a five-gallon bottle. Cooler rental is available as an add-on when a dispenser is available for your address.
